Expert make up recommendation

Before even buying any products, it’s crucial for you to understand your correct skin type ,eg mix, dry, ordinary or oily. Many cosmetic counters in shops and enormous chemists have a consultant that can perform an analysis, decide on your skin type and give make up advice. The counsellor can then counsel some products.

Ladies aren’t born with the knowledge on the way to put on make up, so for those that need a guiding hand, here is some first class make up recommendation. The 1st step in applying make up is to cleanse totally. Remove all traces of dirt to leave skin pores fresh. Think of a clean face as a fresh canvas on which the artist can now paint a picture.

Finish cleansing by applying toner employing a cotton pad. Toner revives the pH level of skin, and picks up any dirt that escaped the cleansing.  The next stage is to massage a moisturiser into the face while avoiding the eyes. This will help oily skin dry, and dry skin become smoother. Then the particular application of makeup can begin, starting with concealer and foundation.

If needed, dab some concealer that could be a skin shade lighter than the foundation over any spots, blemishes or dark circles. Be sure to choose a foundation colour that matches the skin tone precisely, as it’s intended to blend in.
Dab some spots of foundation around the middle of the face, and blend it using a makeup sponge or the fingertips, till it covers the whole face. Be vigilant about blending round the edges of the face, in order that it doesn’t look like a mask. Once done, dab some loose powder on, so that foundation and concealer stay on longer.

Highlight the brow bone and cheek bones by adding a light powder just beneath the brow, and to the uppermost part of the cheeks. Whether to apply blush or not is dependent upon the kind of occasion. It is not necessary for an off-the-cuff event But for something like a marriage, it’ll help make a striking impression.

The blush must be the right shade, and emphasise facial features while being delicate. Employing a light pastel shade with a darker shade that’s compatible, is ideal. The darker shade goes on the apple of the cheeks, the whiter shade into the cheek hollow. Then it is mixed with the fingers until it creates an elegant and understated effect.
The application starts at the apple, and the blush is then dragged outward toward the church, following the line of the cheekbone. The colour is then blended down in towards the earlobe. If too much colour has been added to the brush, a sponge wedge can often be used to mix the color until the magnitude has been reduced.

Look for eye shadows that are in compatible shades , such as the ones that come in a box of 3 shades.
Apply the lightest shade eye shade slightly below the brow bone and then the medium shade over the remainder of the eyelid. Mix the two where they meet, to produce a more natural look. Then apply the darkest shade to the crease of the eyelid, mixing with the fingers to add depth.
Use pearly powder round the outer edges of the eyes and a kohl liner round the lower and upper eyelids to reach that horny, hazy eyed look. Eventually, use a waterproof mascara on the higher eyelashes, and ensure that it doesn’t form any clumps.

Lip liner need to be avoided if the required effect is for the face to look slimmer. If you use one, line the lips after putting on lipstick or a ghastly lip outline might remain when the lipstick wears away.
Apply some lipstick or lip gloss, and blot gently with a tissue. Line the lips with a liner that matches the lip colour, then rub lips together, so the lip pencil color spreads within the lips.
